Future rock star

Thaddy loves pretending to be in a band. Which is awesome, because as most of you know, my family is very musical, and so is Tye's. Tye has been played guitar in various bands and is quite an amazing guitar player and singer, if I do say so myself.

I have been able to get some pretty great videos of Thaddy "pact-icin" lately, so here they are:






In other news...Thaddy has apparently decided he wants to use the toilet! Like regularly! Hopefully I will have more to report after this three-day weekend, but he does REALLY well with telling me when he has to go, and has been very successful so far. Just wanted to give a little background, since he is wearing his new Thomas the train underpants in one of the videos! :)

Ok one more little story:

Who could forget Thaddy's obsession with Sesame Street right? (Otherwise known as Ses.) WELL -- he is now pretty much equally obsessed with old episodes of the Muppet Show (which, although entertaining, don't hold the same appeal to me since they aren't teaching him to count and read, but oh well). He LOVES to sing the theme song, and he likes the part of the song where Gonzo blows the trumpet at the end of the theme. Here is his rendition of the song. (The "MEH!" at the end represents the trumpet!)
