Thaddy told me weeks ago he wanted to dress as a pirate for Halloween. After checking back with him multiple times to make sure we didn't end up with a costume he wasn't interested in, we finally went and bought him a costume a couple of weeks ago. Since then, he has been wearing the hat practically nonstop, even refusing to take it off at the pumpkin patch.
We also all got haircuts today. This was Tye's first haircut in a ridiculously long time. In fact, a few weeks ago, Thaddy decided to take matters into his own hands and give his dad a haircut at home:
That and Benny are so similar! Benny picked his firefighter costume about 6 weeks ago and has been positive about it ever since, something I was nervous about. Maybe they get wishy washy when they get older. We also did haircuts today, too:)
